So about a year and a half I got my blackberry. I loved it at first still do really. But I have discovered better! We all know the iPhone is the best out there but I will not be switching to AT&T. So with that said Hubby and I will be getting droids come Dec/Jan. I say Jan cause I guess there is a rumor that Verizon will be getting the iPhone I. Jan. So I will be waiting. Nothing would piss me off more if I got the droid and then the iPhone is with Verizon. Anyways, the blackberry is nice…just really slow.

The things I liked about Chicago: People walk everywhere. In fact I noticed people run everywhere. I’m not much of a runner but I love to walk. I am working my endorance up to that point though. I would love to be able to run a marathon one of these days but that’s another story.
Very dog friendly. I don’t have a dog because we live in an apartment. Everywhere down over there people had dogs. It was really nice to see such a dog friendly city.
Alot of parks. There were several parks in Chicago. Also nice bike trails were there too.
Street music. Yes, I understand they are homeless. But some of them really had some talent. I almost never give money to homeless people. But this one guy he was outstanding! I gave him some change.
Pizza. It was out of this world. Amazing!

Things I don’t like in Chicago: Traffic sucks. Enough said on that topic.
Shopping. I’m not that big on shopping to begin with. I perfer online shopping. It was nice to be able to look in some if the stores on Michigan Ave, but I prolly won’t be going back. I guess it’s too fancy for me. I’m a jeans and t-shirt girl.
People aren’t friendly. I’m a nice person. I find myself saying hello to random people all the time. I say excuss me and thank you constantly. In Chicago, people keep to themselves.

That’s all I can think of right now. Chicago was a great time. I’m glad I got the opportunity to go. But I’m glad I don’t live there!

Family and friends. I have been very fortunate in this category. I haven’t really lost anyone close to me. (besides my cat..which I did very much consider a person!) I try to keep in contact with most of my family. Through out the years, some relationships have been tainted. To this day, I still have no regrets about the decision I made. Though I do miss the people who were “hurt” in the process.

Music. I have always LOVED music. I even played flute for 4 1/2 years. There is something about music that is so….magical.  Music is kinda like therapy for me. It has such a huge impact on my moods.  I like all kinds of music. From country to heavy metal. It just all depends on how I am feeling that day.

Kids. Don’t laugh! Let me tell you about this little boy who melted me heart the other night at work. I have been working in electronic’s/photo lab lately. I was learning how to use the photo machine. The lady and her son came over to the counter. I was saying hi and making goofy faces at the little boy. He got the biggest smile on his face. And that in return made me smile super HUGE! That really made my night. I was driving home and was thinking to myself how incredible it was that this little boy, who I had never met before, MADE MY NIGHT!! I can’t wait to be a Mom. I know it sounds dumb, but I am excited about the 3am feedings and the diaper changing. Everything that comes with being a Mom..I am actually excited for. However, I am sure after a day of doing it..it wont excite me anymore. LOL

Makeup. Hey, I’m a girl! What girl doesn’t like makeup? All the pretty colors are hard to resist! I should really get a job at Sephora or somewhere like that. Then I would REALLY love going to work.

Yes! I am still around..well I think. Just wanted to check in and let you all know what I been up to…..NOTHING! Hahaha. No really. Not a thing. My days are pretty much the same across the board. I wake up, eat, clean and then off to work. Days off are spent usually with my Mom, and the Mr.

Well are planning a trip to Chicago. Our friends are going and they asked us to go with us. We both really need a vacation, so we said yes. June 6th through the 12th! Hopefully I will stop being so lazy with this blog and I will update you on how the trip went…don't hold you breath though.

Uh…what other stuff to tell you about? Work still is sucking. Wal-Mart, as big of a company as they are…they should be ashamed at how crappy they treat their employee's. Seriously. I'm sick of going into work and having to cover 3 different depts. I'm sick of them giving me 8 projects to do, and still expecting me to do zoning and returns and stocking. Its crazy! And I surely don't get paid enough. Needless to say I'm looking for another job. So..if anyone knows anyone hiring in the dayton area, let me know!

I guess that's it for right now. BTW the color on my nails is Towel Boy Toy from the China Glaze Pool Side collection. I'm loving the brightness of it!

The nail polish rack I am loving! It hold 90. I am sure it will take me a while to fill up. Even though my husband disagree's with me. LoL. I know nail polishes rack's can be expensive, but they are well worth the money in my opinion. It puts everything at your finger tips.

I also have reorganized my makeup. It has made it so much easier. I plan to take pictures but right now Matt is sleeping so it will have to wait. But in doing this I discovered how much makeup I have. I knew I had a lot…but really surprised me at how much I do. I wish I could say it will make me think twice about buying more. But I doubt it will. Especially with the MAC collections coming up. I can't wait!

Olympic's. Me and the Mr. usually only watch the summer Olympic's. But have caught a couple events here lately and actually enjoying it. Among some of then are Curling and figure skating. I also liked this downhill skiing thing I saw. It was really awesome looking! I would most likely break my neck though. Did you all catch any of the events? What were your favorites?

Hubby and I just got over food poisoning. It was the worst day and half ever. I had never felt so weak in my life. If I wasn't in the bathroom, he was. Needless, to say we will not be going back to the restaurant again. It was a pizza place, and now pizza sounds disgusting no matter who or where its from. It use to be my favorite food too! Well, if I can't get over it, at least I might lose some weight!

So I got a sample of the Daily moisturizer with SPF 30 today. I was pleasantly surprised. I always try to use a moisturizer with SPF because I think preventage is the key. But I hate the feeling of sunscreen on my face. I have tried so many that are greasy and oily. Since I have sensitive skin I need to be careful with it irritating my skin. I tried the moisturizer and it feels like butter! But in a good way. I like the thickness of it. But as soon as it touches your skin its like a drink of water for your skin. I also think the finish makes a good primer for your makeup. It fills in all my pores. I am going to try it out for the next week to make sure I don't break out from it, but I have a feeling it will be great results!

I have never been a girl who likes lipstick. I have always been a lip gloss, balm and chap stick person. I guess I always assumed lipstick with the old lady with bright red lipstick.

But all this has changed. I was at my Wal-Mart the other night and wondered over to the Hard Candy makeup. Nothing really caught my eye..until I saw it. Its a lipstick called Fire Alarm. I don't get the name. When I think of fire alarm bright red comes to mind. The color of this lipstick is nude-ish. It gorgeous. I love it. I tried it first thing when I got home. Its great. Since I usually go darker with the eyes, it will be a good compliment to my look.

I am really into the whole nude-ish lipstick. I just placed a order on mac.com. (Being snowed in I had to be productive. LoL) One of the items I got is Myth lipstick. I can't wait to get it.
